These terms govern your use of the Will It Be Bright? website (willitbebright.com), Chrome extension, and Realtor Tools subscription service. Will It Be Bright? is operated by MoodReads.
Will It Be Bright? provides sunlight analysis estimates for residential properties. Results are based on building orientation, geographic location, and solar position calculations. They are informational estimates, not guarantees. Actual sunlight conditions depend on factors we can't fully account for, including nearby trees, future construction, and weather.
The website and Chrome extension are free to use. No account is required. We may modify or discontinue free features at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle or by emailing us. No cancellation fees or penalties. After cancelling, your license key stays active until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment. To request a refund, email hello@willitbebright.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Sunlight scores are estimates based on publicly available building and geographic data. We do our best to make them accurate, but they are not a substitute for a professional site assessment. We are not liable for decisions made based on these estimates, including real estate transactions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All content, branding, and code on Will It Be Bright? is owned by us. Shareable reports generated through Realtor Tools may be freely distributed for their intended purpose (sharing property sunlight data with clients).
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
